Solution

GWT Theme Generator is a tool to generate themes for any colour chosen. This can be chosen using a colour picker. This is available in a standard web application version as well as Google AppEngine version. It is accessible at http://works.sen-sei.in/gtg/. It generates a jar file which can be added to your classpath.

This takes away the tedium of creating themes. It is very productive for GWT programmers. It has registered more than 100 downloads since its inception.
